+-How do I care for my Knickers?
Each Knicker will have care instructions on the garment and on the product page on Theknicker.com. Generally, machine washable with like colours. We do always recommend using a lingerie wash bag for all lingerie…...even knickers!
+-When will a style be available if currently out of stock?
We try to maintain stocks of black and nude and animal print in most ranges.
Fashion colours and prints are generally a once only opportunity so grab them while you can!
+-Will The Knicker Roll down?
We know this is annoying, so we design The Knicker to reduce rolldown. But you must wear the correct size and not all styles work for all body types. We are happy to assist with this at firstname.lastname@example.org
+-Will The Knicker Ride Up?
Generally, the answer is ‘No”. The unique back gusset and back seam work to assist in positioning The Knicker below the butt so it sits and stays. But please make sure you are wearing the correct size. If the garment is too small you do run the risk of ride up.
+-Do The Knickers have a cotton gusset?
All knicker styles have a 100% cotton gusset

1. We do not save any of your payment details which means that you will need to renter them each time you place an order. This protects you.

+-Why won’t my promotional code work?
a. It may have expired, been entered incorrectly or not valid if your order does not meet the terms and conditions of the promotion.
b. Some codes can only be used once per customer, and you may have used it before.
c. You may be trying to use a code when an automatic one has been set for a promotion and you cannot use 2 codes at once.
