The Knicker Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your knickers. If your knicker doesn’t fit, if it isn’t right then you can return it to us for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. For exchanges the customer is responsible for the return cost and shipping cost for the replacement product.
There are some things you need to be sure of to be eligible for return;
If by some chance your Knicker is faulty we will of course replace the faulty product or provide a credit.
All sales on Sale products are final and no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
Just contact us at email@example.com or phone us on 61 3 94294388 to arrange the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number. Returns cannot be accepted without this authorisation.
