We want you to be happy with your knickers. If your knicker doesn’t fit, if it isn’t right then you can return it to us for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. For exchanges the customer is responsible for the return cost and shipping cost for the replacement product.

There are some things you need to be sure of to be eligible for return;

• The Knicker must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
• The Knicker must have all the original tags and packaging in the original condition.
• You must have the receipt.

If by some chance your Knicker is faulty we will of course replace the faulty product or provide a credit.

• If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded after we have received The Knicker and have confirmed all of the above conditions have been met. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.

All sales on Sale products are final and no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

Just contact us at hello@theknicker.com or phone us on 61 3 94294388 to arrange the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number. Returns cannot be accepted without this authorisation.
