Free standard shipping for orders over $55.00 within Australia. Please note that International deliveries are not free even over $55.

Delivery within Australia is $10 flat rate with tracking. We use Australia Post or a Courier Service depending on your location.

Express Post is available for an additional $6 surcharge.

International shipping is available. Please contact us at hello@theknicker.com and we will confirm the shipping method and costs.

Please note for international orders that overseas duties and customs charges that you may incur will not be included on your on line order but will be billed to you by the relevant authorities.

We aim for next day despatch.

We want you to be happy with your knickers. If your knicker doesn’t fit, if it isn’t right then you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase. But there are some things you need to be sure of to be eligible for return;

The Knicker must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
The Knicker must have all the original tags and packaging in the original condition.
You must have the receipt.
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded after we have received The Knicker and have confirmed all of the above conditions have been met. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card of the purchaser.
